Manufacturers Warranty
ThermoWood Shutters have a 10 year manufacturers limited warranty. ThermoWood Shutters are warranted against defects in material that might result in the warping, cracking, or fading of the shutters for a period of Ten from the date of initial installation.
What is covered? All shutters crafted by ThermoShutters are warranted against any manufacturing defect or improper installation, if installation was performed by ThermoShutters. How long does the warranty last? There is a 10 year manufacturers limited warranty. The warranty is transferrable. See note on home page. What is not covered? Normal wear and tear. Any damage or loss caused by abuse, mistreatment or attempted repair or modifications by persons not authorized by ThermoShutters. Products for which Thermowoodshutters has not been paid in full. |
